As a developer of multiple properties on the Westside, Leiauna understands the specific needs and challenges of being a client on both sides of the real estate transaction. As a Pricing Strategy Advisor and Master Certified Negotiation Expert, she combines training and experience to more accurately price properties and effectively negotiate on her clients' behalf. Leiauna is At Home with Diversity and Smart Home certified and a Generational Housing Specialist, bringing sought after skills and expertise to advise sellers and effectively market properties to find the most qualified buyers. Besides working with sellers, Leiauna works with buyers on an exclusive basis, ensuring every client gets the attention they deserve.

Leiauna has lived on the Westside for over 25 years and is a graduate of UCLA with a B.A. in psychology. Community service is important to Leiauna as evidenced by her volunteer position since 2007 as a spokesperson for Donate Life and OneLegacy for organ and tissue donation awareness. Leiauna is President and founding board member of the UCLA Mixed Alumni Association and an elected member of her neighborhood HOA board. Leiauna enjoys traveling adventures with her family, dancing and cooking. Leiauna resides in Los Angeles with her husband and son.
